Our Mission
Our home daycare is a place where children feel safe to explore, laugh, and learn. We provide a nurturing environment where children can grow emotionally, socially, and cognitively. Our mission is to promote each child’s individual development and to prepare them for school and for life. We believe that all children are special and have unique needs. Our goal is to meet those needs through responsive care and teaching. We respect each family’s values and culture, and we partner with families to provide the best possible care for their children.
Responsibilities

Child Care Provider responsibilities include overseeing the basic schedule of children, conducting various educational activities, and supporting other staff members as needed.

Keep up-to-date records of children’s development, routines, and interests.

Develop and monitor schedules to ensure that children have enough rest, physical activity, and playtime

Prepare and serve meals

Assist children, individually or in groups, with lesson projects and homework

Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with parents and guardians
